A Sonic Companion to “Fab Sounds: The Early Days of the Young Fresh Fellows”

What’s that? Not enough action, you say? Listen!

To celebrate 40 years of the Young Fresh Fellows, Split Tooth Media wrote the origin story of one of Seattle’s finest rock bands and its debut record, The Fabulous Sounds of the Pacific Northwest (1984). To accompany the piece, this YouTube playlist collects songs from the Fellows, their heroes, and their peers, along with an assortment of other relevant and not-even relevant tracks from the era that came up while preparing the oral history.
