Last month, Split Tooth celebrated its fifth anniversary by screening Frank V. Ross’ breakthrough film, Quietly on By (2005), at the Movie Madness Miniplex theater. The event sold out quickly, and we are thrilled to announce we will be returning to the Miniplex for a second screening!
The film will begin at 2 p.m. on Saturday, May 13, and will be followed by an interview with Frank V. Ross produced by Split Tooth. ***UPDATE*** The screening will also include a musical performance by Bill Hoover, formerly of Omaha, Nebraska’s Dark Town House Band. Hoover is a musician and artist. He has created the poster art for the majority of Ross’ films, and one of his songs is featured prominently in Quietly on By.
Tickets are free and will be available on Tuesday, May 2 at noon. They can be reserved in-store at Movie Madness or over the phone at (503)-234-4363. (They will not be available before that time.) If you have any questions, send us a message or contact the store.
We would like to thank Movie Madness for the opportunity to show this landmark independent film for a second time in their beautiful screening room. We hope to see you there!
