Split Tooth Media Presents: October Horror 2024

It’s happening again! October Horror rises from the grave for its sixth year!

Well, who knew that, six years later, Split Tooth would still be digging up the unholy tombs and sarcophagi of horror cinema for our annual October Horror series? But here we are, with another month’s worth of writing and podcasting to help you program the finest of Halloween viewing lists!

For Year VI of October Horror, our staff has been hard at work covering a wide variety of the genre’s most notorious and peculiar offerings. You can look forward to writing on American independent oddities, international classics, no-budget creature features, and more! This year’s series is stuffed to the slimy gills with terrifying monsters, small town serial killers, chilling desert landscapes, and more ghosts and ghouls than we can count.

We are also excited to present a new podcast series from Bennett Glace and Jim Hickcox devoted to the first season of the Masters of Horror television series. Look for episodes throughout the month on YouTube, SoundCloud, and whatever dark corners of the internet you crawl to for podcasts.

This list will be updated daily as titles are added through the month. Follow along with the series on our FacebookTwitter, YouTube, and Letterboxd pages to stay updated with all things October Horror!
